CCTV Technology Evolution

"First generation" CCTV technology was initially prevented by some very important results related problems.
In the 80 we learn that many problems had VCR recorders. video recorders were temperamental. The recording quality was very poor. The combination of images low resolution of the camera, poor video tapes of poor quality and technology solutions means that the granular and clear images could not be invoked even for purposes of positive identification.
VCR technology could not allow the operator to review and record events simultaneously and was a time-consuming process to find and review specific events.
There was no motion detection capability and no way to see events from a remote location.
Expensive for what you get
Even though the first CCTV systems provided only relatively basic functionality and operation moderate, they were quite expensive - both in terms of initial equipment cost and installation. Since this is still a growth industry, there is still a lack of facilities qualified and trained.
CCTV The Next Generation
The "new generation" of the closed loop system Television arrived in the mid 90s. The new technology was a computer based on Digital Video Recorder (DVR)

With such flexible access the modern generation of CCTV cameras can be operated remotely from a control center, or indeed anywhere with Internet access. Similarly, images high quality digital can be heard anywhere and captured in a suitable and safe place. It's not just the operating platform that has evolved significantly; camera technology also allows much more functionality.
Today's generation can PTZ cameras - pan, tilt and zoom, have more options resolution, a wide variety of lenses and are also capable of operating in "night vision. The audio is also now part of CCTV DVR technology. The operator is now able to synchronize the movement of events based on video with audio analysis. Two-way audio transmission allows the operator to question possible intruders, give instructions to staff and to record / search / playback of audio and visual form.
