We went to the beach and vision is blurred?

I went to the beach for six weeks before and now the vision is blurred ..... started with dizziness, and when in the room ....... looks bright really bright or outside and poor night vision .... I can still far better ... Read more I have 12 no contacts .... I that may be of chlorine in the water the sun's reflection in the water .... i cannot really focus ... and my eyes ... Do not burn any advice?
